Organizations bring me in when the leadership work has real consequences, when an executive is navigating a transition that will define their next chapter, when a leadership team's dysfunction is costing more than the organization is willing to admit, and when the gap between where a leader is and where the role requires them to be has become impossible to ignore.

Over more than a decade of coaching practice and across thousands of hours working with leaders, executives, and teams in organizational contexts, my work has converged on where it has the most impact: the leadership challenges that most directly determine what an organization is capable of achieving.

I hold the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, the highest credential in the profession, held by fewer than 4% of ICF-credentialed coaches globally. I am also an Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC) and a Senior Practitioner in Systemic Team Coaching (Global Team Coaching Institute, Hawkins model), with additional accreditation in Complex Adaptive Systems Team Coaching (Clutterbuck model).

With over 5,000 hours of coaching experience — including 400+ hours of dedicated team coaching — I work with executives using the Hogan assessment, EQ-i and EQ360 assessments, and structured 360-degree feedback, with leadership teams using systemic coaching methodology that addresses team dynamics at the level of the whole system.

My background spans leadership, creative direction, project management, and organizational development, which means I bring both the coaching depth and the organizational literacy that complex leadership challenges require.
